Draft for counsel review

Shipping & Jurisdictional Restrictions

Effective: pending. Last reviewed: 2026-09-04.

Current as of 2026-09-03. Last reviewed 2026-09-04.

How our allowlist works

We ship only to a jurisdiction after we have affirmatively added it to the list below. A jurisdiction that is not listed is denied by default, whether or not it appears on the excluded table further down. A blocklist approach fails open: a jurisdiction stays shippable the moment a new restriction takes effect, until someone notices and updates the list. An allowlist fails closed: nothing ships anywhere new until we have reviewed the law and added that jurisdiction ourselves.

Local exclusions

State-level clearance is not the end of the check. ZIP codes within an otherwise allowed state can still be excluded, including Sarasota County, Florida; San Diego, California; and municipalities in Illinois and Mississippi. That ZIP-code table is maintained by our compliance owner and applied at order validation, before an order is created.

Freight forwarders and PO boxes

Addresses that match a freight forwarder, a mail-forwarding service, or a PO box are blocked outright or routed to manual review before an order can be placed.

This list changes

This list changes as the law changes. An order to an address that is excluded at the time it is placed is rejected before the order is created. If a jurisdiction becomes excluded after an order is accepted, that order is cancelled and refunded.
