This policy describes what information Origyn Labs collects through this site and how we use it. This site is wholesale-only; it is not directed to consumers.
Age and eligibility verification data
When you enter this site, we collect the date of birth you submit at the age and eligibility gate, along with the timestamp, your IP address, and the result of that check (pass or fail). This data is retained for at least three years and is used only to verify age and business eligibility and to demonstrate compliance with our own gate policy. It is not used for marketing.
Account application documents
A wholesale application asks for business identification and supporting documents, including a resale certificate or seller's permit, applicable state registrations, and identification for the authorized signatory. These documents are stored in our account-management systems with access limited to the personnel who review and approve wholesale accounts. We retain them for as long as the account is active, plus the period required by applicable recordkeeping law. Where the law allows it, we will delete these documents on request once that retention period has passed.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how visitors use this site, including page views, clicks, and session replay. This data is used to operate and improve the site. We do not sell this data.
We use Resend to send transactional email related to your application and account, such as approval status and order communications.
Cookies and local storage
This site stores a value in your browser's local storage so that, once you pass the age and eligibility gate, you are not asked again for 30 days on that device and browser.
